Chocolate Showpiece
My first chocolate showpiece! This piece was constructed entirely out of coating chocolate and modeling chocolate.

- I just finished my degree in Baking and Pastry and have been working as a professional baker for 3 years. I have a degree in Interior Design and have studied Sculpture, although baking is my passion. I truly believe in old-fashioned baking, I use only the best ingredients and everything is prepared from scratch! I am also ServSafe certified.
