Melissa had two cakes for her wedding. The wedding cake was made of chocolate mint and cherry pecan cake with swiss buttercream and handmade sugar paste.
The grooms cake was Madagascar themed and was made of lemon cake with lemon filling. All of the characters and decorations were hand modeled from fondant.
